1. Definitions
The PeopleFold SaaS application accessible at https://app.peoplefold.com
The company or entity that registers and administers a workspace on the Platform
The user with administrative privileges within an Organisation workspace
A user added to an Organisation workspace by an Admin
The selected billing tier: Free, Standard, or Pro
Arismeta Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the owner and operator of the Platform
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at info@peoplefold.com.
One email address may only be associated with one account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
3.1 Available Plans
Free Plan
Rs. 0
Limited to 1 active user and up to 5 projects; no time limit
Standard Plan
Rs. 199 / user / month
Team management, custom branding, AI Insights (5/month), approval workflow, and SSO
Pro Plan
Rs. 249 / user / month
All Standard features plus service catalog, time entry descriptions, time allocation requests, and 20 AI Insights per month
3.2 Trial Period
Paid plans include a 30-day free trial upon first activation. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan or your account will revert to the Free plan.
3.3 Payment Terms
All payments are processed by Razorpay on behalf of Arismeta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in Indian Rupees (INR). GST and applicable taxes will be added at billing. Invoices are issued electronically to the billing email on file.
3.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or server systems
Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without written consent
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data or time entries
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including source code, UI design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Arismeta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Arismeta's or PeopleFold's intellectual property except as expressly provided.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform (Customer Data). You grant Arismeta a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Razorpay, Stream Chat, OpenAI, MongoDB Atlas).
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics) exclude liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arismeta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Arismeta in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arismeta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
By you
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
By us
We may terminate or suspend your access without notice for material breach of these Terms.
After termination
Customer Data will be retained for 90 days post-termination and then permanently deleted, unless export is requested before that period.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
